the special "2026 TPF Users Group Annual Conference" room rate of $279.00. This rate is available from 3 days prior and through 3 days after the conference based on hotel's discretion at time of request.
The hotel reservation deadline is Monday, February 23, 2026. You may still register for the meeting after this date; however, rooms are subject to availability and may be at a higher rate.
Check-in time is 3:00pm. Check-out time is 12:00pm.
Hotel cancellation policy: You must cancel by 24 hours prior to the day of arrival to avoid penalty.

Weather
Average daily high temperatures is 65°F, rarely falling below mid 40's°F in the evening or early morning. Dressing in layers with light jackets and breathable tops is recommended to adapt
to these fluctuating conditions.
